We are currently facing issues with the server which are making all/most services on this server inaccessible either completely or sporadically. We are actively investigating the issue, and may be forced to reboot the server in order to be able to properly administrate it. Services affected include HTTPD,Webmail access,MSSQL, MySQL, POP/IMAP, and FTP. During this outage, access to your websites, email, files, databases, will not be possible. We are currently working to resolve an issue that is making the hostnames for four servers not resolve:
r1-toronto.siteshostedhere.com
r2-montreal.siteshostedhere.com
r3-toronto.siteshostedhere.com
r4-vancouver.siteshostedhere.com

Our Admins are currently working to resolve the issue. In the meantime the server is operating normally and services continue unimpeded. cPanel and WHM can still be accessed using an IP on the server or a domain resolving to the server.
